1. iVentiv - Delegate Sales Associate

Salary:

£23,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience). Permanent role.

Based at:

iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to:

iVentiv’s Team Manager, Delegate Relations

The role:

iVentiv are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who is confident in making cold calls and engaging with senior executives on a daily basis.

As a Global Delegate Relations Associate you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director level executives and offer invitations to join our unique global events. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events.

Job Specification: 

  • Identifying potential delegates, by using LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
  • Engaging with delegates such as Vice President and Director level executives to attend events globally
  • Building relationships with potential delegates to grow your own portfolio of clientele
  • Taking ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs

Person Specification: 

  • Commercially minded and hungry for a successful career in sales
  • A strong communicator with telephone experience
  • Target driven, taking initiative and having an entrepreneurial spirit
  •  Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Adaptable

2. iVentiv - Conference Producer & Global Event Host 

Salary:

Dependent upon experience. Permanent role.

CEO, iVentiv

The role:

iVentiv is looking to recruit a Conference Producer & Global Event Host to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a wealth of knowledge in Learning & Development and has experience with hosting corporate events. The successful candidate will be responsible acquiring Corporate C-suite Learning & Development heads to speak and share industry insights at our international events and will be responsible for hosting and overseeing events. 

Job Specification: 

  • Project Manage high-quality, complex, and high touch events from design and planning through to onsite delivery from a speaker perspective
  • Manage content proposals from start to finish including creative solutions, presentation, and delivery
  • Lead meetings with Internal & External stakeholder discussing Content & Delegates attendance throughout project cycles
  • Understand client business objectives and competitive scenarios, challenging the brief and adding value in discussions and presentations
  • Identify and maximise on potential opportunities with existing clients
  • Forge strong relationships with existing and potential clients, developing business through your excellent experience and advice
  • Gather and share post-event feedback and learnings within the team and hold debriefs and use for future team planning and guidance

Person Specification: 

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development or HR
  • Demonstratable experience in directing and managing B2B/Corporate events
  • Excellent Communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to build fantastic working relationships and rapport building.
  • Self-starter, Enthusiastic, pragmatic and agile mentality
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and prioritise the workload
  • A team player but also able to work autonomously (people person)
  • Full driving license, transport & Passport (essential)
  • Flexible to travel internationally more than twice per month
